About the Speaker:

Binita is an independent researcher, whose work explores the intersections of public policy, gender, climate change, caste, politics, and international affairs. At Tribhuvan University’s Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, she teaches and mentors students in research, offering courses such as Politics of International Migration, Theories of Diplomacy and International Relations, and Politics of Climate Change. Her academic journey reflects a deep commitment to shaping critical dialogue and empowering the next generation of scholars and change-makers.
