On 14 Sep 2017, Dignity Initiative in collaboration with the US Embassy Nepal organized a lively interaction with Dr. Waris Husain, Adjunct Professor of Howard University School of Law, USA. Prof. Waris delivered his speech entitled “Federalism: Devolution of Power and Protecting Minorities through Constitution.” There were 60+ attendees from Academia, Research, Media, Legal profession and development sectors.
